'Game of Thrones' Cast to Get Big Pay Raises for Seasons 7 & 8

The lead cast of Game of Thrones is set to receive big pay bumps for their work on the seventh and eighth seasons of the show, if their characters survive until then that is!

It has been rumored that season eight might be the final season of the smash hit HBO series and the five leads – Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen), Kit Harington (Jon Snow), Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Jaime Lannister), Lena Headey (Cersei Lannister), and Peter Dinklage (Tyrion Lannister) – all will get big raises.

The five stars will each “earn upward of $500,000 per episode of season seven and in the likely eighth season,” according to THR.

This pay increase will make the actors some of the highest paid stars on cable TV!

And how about Sophie and Maisie?
Hollywood is famed for its age discrimination.
There is no sensible world where those two’s characters arent in the same leauge. And the same goes for their quality of acting (actually better than two on that list AT LEAST).
I guess they werent important enough to get mentioned.
If the others get 500k i sure hope they get 200k at least. Anything else would be a major insult. and bad negotiating of their agents…
