Debby Ryan Gets 3 Years of Probation, No Jail in DUI Case

Debby Ryan has pleaded no contest to reckless driving after being arrested for DUI back in April.

The 23-year-old actress, best known for her work on the Disney Channel series Jessie, will be getting three years of probation and no jail time. She will also need to perform community service and complete three months in a DUI program, according to TMZ.

Debby took a plea deal in a hearing on Thursday (June 30) and her two misdemeanor DUI counts were dismissed. She will appear in court in September to determine how much she owes to the owner of the car she damaged.
