Jordin Sparks Calls Out Audiences for Using Phones During Performances
Jordin Sparks poses on the carpet while attending the 2016 McDonald’s 365 Black Awards held at the Ernest Moral Convention Center on Friday (July 1) in New Orleans, La.
Also in attendance were the event’s hosts, Amber Riley and Lance Gross.
After the event, Jordin called out the audience for being disrespectful by using their phones throughout performances.
“It’s so frustrating when ppl have no respect 4 artists/audience members when they are on their phone during performances… on full brightness & then try 2 take pics with a flash. Come on now, we know how this works, we’ve had these smart phones for yrs now,” Jordin tweeted. “Don’t be rude. Have some respect 4 the performer up on the stage & the audience members actually trying 2 watch & pay attn or don’t come!”
