Hillary Clinton's FBI Investigation Concludes, No Charges Recommended Over Emails
FBI Director James Comey just gave a news conference on the findings of the Hillary Clinton email investigation, and revealed she will not be indicted on any charges by the organization.
“Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case,” James said in a news conference. “In looking back at our investigations into the mishandling or removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts.”
The case will now go to the Department of Justice, who will decide once and for all on any “prosecutive decision.”
If you aren’t aware of the situation, the Democratic Presidential candidate has been accused of using her personal email server to send private emails while serving as Secretary of State.
