PBS Apologizes for Using Old Fireworks Footage During Fourth of July Broadcast
PBS is apologizing for showing previous years’ fireworks footage for the broadcast of A Capitol Fourth in Washington, D.C.
“With the weather being overcast, we showed a combination of the best fireworks from this year and previous years,” PBS said on Twitter. “It was the patriotic thing to do.”
