'Star Trek 4' Could See Chris Hemsworth's Big Return!

Chris Hemsworth made a brief cameo in the first Star Trek movie and he could be making his return to the franchise in the fourth film!

The 32-year-old actor starred as George Kirk, who gave his life to save more than 800 lives when his ship was attacked by the Narada.

Chris, who played the father of Chris Pine‘s Captain James Kirk, might unite with his on-screen son in the next film, producer JJ Abrams said.

“BREAKING!! #JJAbrams confirms to me that a 4th #StarTrek movie will bring together #ChrisPine & #ChrisHemsworth!!” journalist Scott Mantz tweeted at the Star Trek Beyond junket.

JJ talked about the potential fourth film during a press conference.

“There’s something that hopefully we’re figuratively minutes away from talking about,” he said (via Collider). “The answer is 100 percent yes, and it’s incredibly exciting.”
