Tobey Maguire starts the week off right by working up a sweat and chatting it up with a buddy on Monday (July 25) in New York City.

The day before, the 41-year-old Great Gatsby actor was spotted lounging on a yacht and diving into the water in Ibiza, Spain, with his good friend Leonardo Dicaprio.
