Sarah Paulson Says Watching Herself As Marcia Clark In 'The People v. O.J. Simpson' Made Her Physically Ill
Sarah Paulson is all smiles while speaking onstage at her The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story panel discussion held during the FX portion of the 2016 Summer TCA Tour at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Tuesday (August 9) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The 41-year-old actress was joined at the event by her co-star Cuba Gooding Jr., executive producers Brad Simpson, Scott Alexander and Larry Karaszewski, writers Joe Robert Cole and D.V. DeVincentis, and director John Singleton.
At the panel, Sarah revealed that she unintentionally “just saw a little bit” of herself playing Marcia Clark for the first time.
“I haven’t seen any of it and I just saw a little bit of that verdict,” Sarah expressed (via People). “It literally made me physically ill. I thought I was going to cry and I was going to throw up. I felt very, very connected to her and to watch her lose it is somehow separate enough for me – and yet I feel inside of it.”
FYI: Sarah is wearing Nicholas Kirkwood shoes.
