Actor Thomas Gibson Suspended From 'Criminal Minds' After Kicking Writer
Actor Thomas Gibson has been suspended from his hit CBS television show Criminal Minds for kicking a writer.
The 54-year-old actor was directing and acting in an episode a few weeks back and had a creative difference with one of the writers. TMZ reports that the argument got heated and that is when the kick occurred. The writer’s agent told CBS and Thomas has been suspended for the past two weeks.
“There were creative differences on the set and a disagreement. I regret that it occurred. We all want to work together as a team to make the best show possible. We always have and always will,” Thomas said. Thomas also claims he only kicked the writer in “retaliation” after the writer became aggressive with him.
