Michael Phelps is all smiles while making an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Thursday (September 1) in New York City.

The 31-year-old Olympic gold medalist explains how his angry face during the Rio Olympics became a meme and talked about his retirement plans, which includes a wedding, teaching kids to swim and increasing his son’s Instagram followers.
