Drake Bell Will Serve 96 Hours in Jail for DUI Case

Drake Bell will be going to jail for 96 hours after he struck a plea deal for his DUI case.

Jail time for the 30-year-old actor is mandatory as this was his second conviction for DUI following a bust back in 2009, according to TMZ.

Drake was arrested in December after he was spotted going 55 MPH in a 35 MPH zone and he failed a field sobriety test.

On top of the jail time, Drake will have to attend an alcohol education program and serve four years of probation.
