Lupita Nyong’o rocks a floral ensemble while making her way inside El Capitan Theater to make an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Wednesday (September 21) in Los Angeles.

The 33-year-old Oscar-winning actress promoted her new movie Queen of Katwe and recalls the time she met Jay-Z and Beyoncé at the Met Ball.

“My friends were like, ‘Oh there comes Beyoncé’. I turned and she was coming towards me. It was her and Solange,” Lupita told Jimmy. “She said, ‘Oh, me and my sister were just geeking out. Hi, I’m Beyonce. What kind of world is this where Beyoncé is coming to introduce herself to me? Oh my goodness, it was amazing.”
