Kaley Cuoco Shows Off Cupping Bruises on Her Back!

Kaley Cuoco keeps it super casual while stepping out to run some errands on Friday (October 14) in Studio City, Calif.

The 30-year-old Big Bang Theory actress made her first official public appearance with her boyfriend Karl Cook at the 2016 Longines Masters Los Angeles Gala late last month.

The day before her errand running, Kaley took to Instagram to show off some new bruises she got from trying out a health trend that has been gaining popularity – cupping.

“I jumped on the cupping bandwagon and I liked it 🙌🏽,” she wrote along with a pic showing off her bruises and tattoos (below).

Cupping involves using suction-like cups on your back, supposedly alleviating pain in the tissue underneath – which might come in handy after Kaley‘s horseback riding sessions!
