Garrett Hedlund Films Upcoming KKK Movie 'Burden' in Atlanta
Garrett Hedlund gets into character while on the set of his upcoming movie Burden on Monday (October 24) in Atlanta, Ga.
The 32-year-old actor is playing the title role in the film about a man brought up as an orphan within the Ku Klux Klan. When he falls in love with a woman who convinces him to leave the extremist movement, he is taken in by a black church congregation while being sought out by the Klan for vengeance.
Andrea Riseborough, Forest Whitaker, Tom Wilkinson, and Usher also star in the film.
