Anna Kendrick Shares the Hilarious (& Totally Relatable) Way She Deals With Grief

Anna Kendrick has given us yet another reason to love her.

The 31-year-old actress has been hot on the promo trail for her memoir Scrappy Little Nobody.

She was spotted leaving the Today show in a pretty pink dress on Monday (November 14) in New York City, and she attended a signing for the book that same day at Bookends in Ridgewood, N.J.

During her appearances, she has opened up with lots of personal stories such as how she couldn’t afford shoes for her first Oscars in 2009!

But it was on Twitter that Anna decided to share another piece of personal information – how she handles the grief process.

“My phases of grief: Denial … Anger … Cookie dough straight from tube … Booze … Watching adorable animal vids to make sure I can still feel something,” she wrote.
