Alessandra Ambrosio Reveals How She Prepped for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show!

Alessandra Ambrosio is sharing the health and beauty tricks she used to get ready for the 2016 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show!

The 35-year-old model took to her Ale by Alessandra blog to reveal that she trained with Tracy Anderson this year.

“There’s a lot of dance moves, a lot of lifting ankle weights, working out the butt, and a lot of cardio, and I love it,” Alessandra wrote. “I’m so into her, I go to the studio and sometimes I spend an hour and a half to two hours there.”

Alessandra said staying hydrated is key, though! “When you are dehydrated, you see it on your face and when you’ve had your share of water, it glows,” she went on. “Nothing is better for your skin than drinking a lot of water and green juices. I also love fresh coconut water.”

“I try to keep my skin very hydrated with lots of moisturizers and face serums. I also always wear SPF to prevent wrinkles,” she wrote, adding that the Angels all apply a 24K gold face mask the day before the show!
