Ben Affleck Admits That He Hates 'Daredevil' So Much!

Ben Affleck is opening up about his first superhero movie Daredevil, and how it convinced him to take on Batman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice!

“That’s the movie I want to do. I want to be a part of that,” the 44-year-old actor told The New York Times for their TimesTalks series at the NYU Skirball Center for the Performing Arts on Monday (December 12) in New York City. “Part of it was I wanted for once to get one of these movies and do it right – to do a good version. I hate Daredevil so much.”

“It frustrated me. The Netflix show does really cool stuff,” Ben added. “I feel like that was there for us to do with that character, and we never kind of got it right. I wanted to do one of those movies and sort of get it right.”

That same evening, Ben met up with his co-stars Sienna Miller, Chris Cooper, Elle Fanning and Chris Messina at their Official Academy screening of Live By Night hosted by the The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences at MOMA – Celeste Bartos Theater.
