Matt Damon's 'Great Wall' Cast & Crew Reportedly Exposed to Chemicals on Set

Matt Damon‘s movie The Great Wall is set to be released in February and a new report about production on the movie claims that the cast and crew were exposed to chemicals on set.

An unnamed producer told The Wall Street Journal that everyone on set was wearing a medical mask at one point except for Matt, as he was probably working on a scene.

“How do I look Matt Damon in the face when he’s the only one not wearing a mask?” the producer said.

“I nearly passed out from the fumes that came out of a spray can,” a crew member told the WSJ, claiming that a chemical sealant that is banned on other sets was used.

The Great Wall, which has started with a strong box office gross in China after opening there first, will hit theaters stateside on February 17.
