Nick Jonas Gets Ripped By Working Out Six Days a Week
The 24-year-old singer reportedly works out six days a week to keep his muscles in tip-top shape – he was spotted heading the gym on Wednesday (January 25) in West Hollywood, Calif.
Nick sweats intensely on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and does active recovery like stretching and massage on Wednesday and Saturday. (He gives himself a break on Sunday.)
“His workout is bodybuilder-based, so we’ll take one or two body parts and crush those per day instead of doing total body,” Unbreakable founder Jay Glazer explained. “He works out his arms, his shoulders, his chest, his abs, and his legs.”
“He puts his arms through a lot,” Jay added. “We’ll burn his arms out to where he can barely move them, but we recover him fast so he can get back.” However, Jay said they “barely do crunches. When people do just crunches, not only can it cause lower back issues, but it also doesn’t activate everything.”
Nick also works out on the road and makes sure to include a lot of protein in his diet.
