Mary Tyler Moore's Cause of Death Revealed

Mary Tyler Moore‘s death certificate has been released and it reveals that she died from multiple causes.

The legendary actress passed away at the age of 80 last week after her life support was withdrawn at a hospital in Connecticut.

Mary was pronounced dead at 2:15pm on January 25.

The official cause of death was cardiopulmonary arrest, which was brought on by three medical conditions that Mary had been fighting. She did not suffer a heart attack, her heart instead stopped beating.

The contributing factors to Mary‘s death “were aspiration pneumonia, hypoxia (lack of oxygen to her tissues) and diabetes mellitus,” according to TMZ.
