Sylvester Stallone Is Suing Warner Brothers For Fraud

Sylvester Stallone is taking Warner Brothers to court.

The 70-year-old actor is suing the movie studio, alleging that they intentionally concealed profits from his 1993 film Demolition Man.

Sylvester and his company Rogue Marble filed contract and fraud claims against Warner Bros. on Wednesday (April 12), according to THR.

“The motion picture studios are notoriously greedy. This one involves outright and obviously intentional dishonesty perpetrated against an international iconic talent,” the complaint read.

Sylvester is seeking an unknown amount of restitution for the alleged contractual breach and greater damages with the fraud claim.
