Caitlyn Jenner Defends Her Vote For Donald Trump: 'I'm Not A One Issue Voter'
Caitlyn Jenner has revealed that she has no regrets when it comes to her Presidential election vote for Donald Trump.
“First of all, I’m not a one issue voter. I know. I am not stupid,” the 67-year-old reality TV star expressed while making an appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers on Tuesday evening (April 25) in New York City. “The Republican Party does not do a good job when it comes to equality and the entire LGBTQ community. The Democrats are better there. But, for me, I have been around a long time. I am probably more conservative.”
“I believe in little things like the Constitution and freedom,” Caitlyn continued. “I believe in minimal government. I believe in the people of this country to get us out of the trouble we are in financially, economically, more than I believe the government will fix this. The people will fix this. And, so, the Republicans have done a better job in that direction.”
“My loyalty is not with Donald Trump,” Caitlyn concluded. “My loyalty is not with the Republican Party. My loyalty is with my community.”
