Adriana looked stunning in a chic high-slit black dress featuring a deep v neckline.

The theme for this year’s gala is “Rei Kawakubo/Comme des Garçons: Art of the In-Between,” honoring Japanese designer Rei Kawakubo, who founded the label Comme des Garçons and is known for pushing boundaries in the fashion world.
