YouTuber DaddyOFive Loses Custody of Children After Controversial Pranks

YouTuber star DaddyOFive has lost custody of two of his children after posting numerous prank videos that some say included child abuse.

The controversial pranks were brought to light following the couple’s final video where they pulled an “invisible ink” prank on their son Cody, who appeared extremely upset.

Following the video, YouTuber Philip DeFranco posted his own exposé of the family, showing how they often targeted Cody in particular with what could be considered verbal and physical abuse, that at one point left him with bloody nose.

The family received some extremely negative backlash, leading them to issue an apology video explaining they were unaware of the effect the videos would have on their children. They also removed all videos from their channel.

Cody‘s biological mother Rose Hall says she has been granted emergency custody of the 9-year-old as well as his sister Emma.

“They’re doing good. They’re getting back to their playful selves,” Rose said in video with her lawyer.
