Alec Baldwin brought his adorable daughter Carmen, 3, to The Ellen Show, and she totally stole the show!

While making his entrance on the show, Alec brought out Carmen as his dance partner. The two jammed out for a few seconds before being joined by Ellen DeGeneres!
