Kylie Jenner & Mom Kris Visit Children's Clinic in Peru

Kylie Jenner took a philanthropic trip to South America this week.

The 19-year-old reality star and her mom Kris were spotted touching down at the airport on Wednesday (May 10) in in Cusco, Peru.

Kylie and Kris visited the Delgado Clinic in Lima where they spent time with children who recently underwent surgery for cleft lip/palate.

This was on behalf of the non-profit Smile Train, which provides free surgeries to children in developing countries.

If you remember, Kylie launched a special edition of her lip kit in collaboration with the charity and donated 100 percent of the proceeds.
