'2 Broke Girls' Cancelled by CBS After Six Seasons

2 Broke Girls has officially been cancelled by CBS.

The sitcom, which starred Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs, ran for six seasons on the network.

The series was reportedly in talks for a short seventh season but negotiations fell through.

In place of the series, several other comedy pilots were picked up, including By the Book and Me, Myself & I.

2 Broke Girls joins a long list of other shows that have been cancelled by the major networks, heading into television upfronts week.
