The 38-year-old actor, who is also appeared on The Walking Dead, spoke out against Attorney General Jeff Sessions‘ order for federal prosecutors to take the harshest possible action against drug offenders.

“I was stuck in a cycle of running through a subutex script and smoking tar for about two straight years. 6 years ago today I started my kick,” Ethan tweeted. “If you are strung out on opiates and want to stop-but the fear of the kick is keeping you from it- I won’t lie it f—ing sucks.”

Jared, that headline is wrong – he said he QUIT six years ago, not that he has been addicted for the past six years. He was addicted for two years, and has been sober now for six.

Headline is correct. For most addicts, addiction is not something in the past, but an event prest battle. Just see the tweets. 6 years ago he began battling it. I don’t care about this article, but your correction is incorrect.
