Ruby Rose Says 'Being Mean Doesn't Suit Me' After Slamming Katy Perry's New Song

Ruby Rose is backtracking on her comments after she lashed out against Katy Perry‘s new song.

The 31-year-old Orange is the New Black actress took to Twitter on Saturday to say that she doesn’t like the feeling of being “dirty.”

“Being mean doesn’t suit me and leaves me feeling dirty,” Ruby started off her series of tweets. “Truth is being mean leaves more leaks in your camp than the titanic and I get so triggered when I think bullies don’t get held accountable and it makes me think I should say something.. but it’s not place.”

Ruby – a close friend of Taylor Swift – slammed Katy’s new song “Swish Swish” calling it “purposeful poop to bomb a petit” after fans caught some references Katy made about Taylor in the song.

“I have always believed strongly that Karma exists and the truth always surfaces however I’m not god and I can’t decide when or how that is,” Ruby continued. “Clearly comes from being bullied in school & wanting to stick up for the underdogs. However I shouldn’t stoop because then the msg is mixed.”
