Reality Star June Shannon Shows Off 300 Pound Weight Loss on Red Carpet!

Reality star June Shannon is showing off her massive weight loss in her first red carpet appearance.

The 37-year-old reality star and her daughter, Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson, 11, attended the Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta premiere at Woodruff Arts Center on Tuesday (May 23) in Atlanta, Georgia.

June revealed this year that she spent $75,000 on gastric sleeve surgery, breast augmentation and skin removal surgery to drop about 300 pounds.
