Michelle Rodriguez Threatens to Leave 'Fast & Furious' Franchise

Michelle Rodriguez is threatening to leave The Fast and the Furious franchise if things don’t change.

“F8 is out digitally today, I hope they decide to show some love to the women of the franchise on the next one. Or I just might have to say goodbye to a loved franchise. It’s been a good ride & Im grateful for the opportunity the fans & studio have provided over the years… One Love,” Michelle wrote on her Instagram account.

Michelle has played the role of Letty Ortiz, Vin Diesel‘s wife in five of the movies. Other females who have starred throughout the series include Jordana Brewster, Charlize Theron, Gal Gadot, Helen Mirren, Elsa Pataky, and more.

Her point is valid but girl that delivery is just not appropriate. Don’t threaten. Open dialogue about female roles instead. Especially since Letty’s story has pretty much gone stale lately.
