Eric Benet Responds After JAY-Z Name Drops Him for Cheating on Halle Berry

Eric Benet has responded to JAY-Z after the rapper called him out for cheating on his former wife Halle Berry in the new song “Kill Jay Z.”

Jay compared his own extramarital discretion’s to Benet‘s in the song.

“You almost went Eric Benet, Let the baddest girl in the world get away,” Jay raps on the new song from 4:44. “I don’t even know what else to say. Ni–a, never go Eric Benet!”

“I don’t even know what you woulda done,” he continues. “In the Future, other ni–as playin’ football with your son. You would’ve lost it.”

Eric took to Twitter shortly after the song was released to respond. “Hey yo #Jayz! Just so ya know, I got the baddest girl in the world as my wife….like right now! ✌🏾,” he wrote.
