Iggy Azalea Will Collaborate with Former Rival Azealia Banks

Iggy Azalea has announced an unexpected collaboration with her former rival Azealia Banks.

The 27-year-old “Fancy” rapper and the 26-year-old “212″ rapper will join forces on Iggy‘s upcoming album, Digital Distortion, set to be released later this year.

The two have been involved in a a feud for years now. Back in 2014, Azealia slammed Iggy for keeping silent on “black issues,” leading Iggy to call her a “miserable, angry human being.”

“Public Service Announcement, Azealia is going to be on DD,” Iggy wrote on Snapchat on Monday (July 3). “We are collaborating. Burn your wigs now or preserve them in your freezer for release day.”

“I dont expect you guys to understand why i would collaborate with someone who has publicly said they hope i die,” Iggy added on Twitter. “This has been something extremely negative for so long, if there is a way to make it positive and also be creative together, im here for it.”
