Hilary Duff Recreates Disney Channel Wand Promo & Tells the Story Behind It!

Back when Hilary Duff was still a Disney Channel star and working on the beloved series Lizzie McGuire, she filmed one of those iconic promos in which she moved a wand to form the network’s logo.

Now, the 29-year-old Younger actress is recreating that moment for BuzzFeed!

“It’s so ridiculous. It’s so funny though. So we had to do the thing and then they put it in CGI, the mouse ears,” Hilary said about making the promo. “And then they made us do it like 900 times. And I think I like lost all personality at that point. Plus, I was, like, a pubescent teen – I was like, What are they making me do, this is invisible! But Raven-Symoné was nailing it!”
