Billy Ray Cyrus Performs as 'Still The King's Burnin Vernon Brown In Times Square!

Billy Ray Cyrus is stepping up his promo game for his show Still The King!

The 55-year-old entertainer got all dressed up as his character Burnin Vernon Brown to join the infamous Naked Cowboy in Times Square to promote the season two premiere of Still The King on Monday (July 10) in New York City.

Billy Ray performed a few tunes with his scantily clad companion, including “Hound Dog,” “Blue Suede Shoes” and “I Want My Mullet Back,” which is set to be featured on the show.
