Princes William & Harry Hadn't Seen Princess Diana in Almost a Month When She Died

Prince William and his younger brother Prince Harry are continuing to open up about their beloved mother, the late Princess Diana, ahead of the documentary for ITV and HBO, Diana, Our Mother: Her Life and Legacy.

In the clip, Prince Harry is speaking with Zarko Peric and Malic Bradaric, two landmine victims who met with Princess Diana before she died.

“You guys were the almost the last people to see my mother,” Prince Harry said. “Well, you saw my mother more recently than I did, I guess.” He revealed that it had been weeks since they’d seen their mother.

The two young sons were in Balmoral, Scotland in the weeks before their mother’s death with their father Prince Charles and other members of the royal family.

“There was the point where our parents split and . . . we never saw our mother enough or we never saw our father enough,” he continued. “There was a lot of traveling and lot of fights on the back seat with my brother – which I would win…There was all that to contend with. And – I don’t pretend we’re the only people to have to deal with that, but it was an interesting way of growing up.”

Prince Harry also recalled the last time he spoke to his mother.
