Demi Lovato Opens Up About Being Single & Navigating Adult Life (Video)

Demi Lovato rocked a blue satin suit while stopping by the SiriusXM studios, and we’re officially obsessed.

The 24-year-old singer chatted with the Morning Mash Up on SiriusXM Hits 1 on Thursday (August 17) in New York City.

Demi‘s sleek hairdo, gold sandals, and hoop earrings perfectly complemented her look.

“I’ve been enjoying being independent and living on my own and trying to navigate through adult life,” Demi shared. “I’ve always gone from relationship to relationship, or fling to fling, or whatever, like I’ve always had somebody in my life.”

“This time, for the first time, I’m like not dating anybody,” she continued. “I’m like, ‘Oh my God, what do I do? How do I sit alone at night?’ But I’m learning how to be comfortable with being alone, and I think that’s the most important thing you can do for yourself, especially as a woman – to find your independence.”

Demi also revealed that her new album is coming out “very soon!” (“I actually have a release date but I can’t tell you yet,” she teased.)
