Rapper Meek Mill Arrested for Reckless Endangerment in NYC

Rapper Meek Mill has been arrested just hours after performing as the musical guest on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Thursday (August 17) in New York City.

The 30-year-old rapper was arrested on reckless endangerment charges, accused of riding an illegal dirt bike and posting a clip of it on Instagram, a spokesman for the NYPD told People.

Meek remains in police custody after being arrested at 10.15pm at the corner of 10th Ave. and Dyckman St., and is set to face a judge on Friday morning (August 18).

There has been no statement released by Meek‘s reps.
