The 48-year-old Grey’s Anatomy actress was dressed casually in a turtleneck sweater and jeans with an oversized tote bag.

Ellen reportedly just sold her home in the Hollywood Hills for $2.075 million after paying $1.226 million for it nearly ten years ago, according to the Los Angeles Times. The paper also reports the property had been leased out in recent months.
