Are Kim Kardashian and Kanye West planning to have a fourth child with their surrogate!?

People has come out with a new report suggesting that the 37-year-old reality star and 40-year-old entertainer have already asked their surrogate, who gave birth to their third child Chicago West last week, if she would have their fourth child.

“Even before Chicago was born, Kim was talking about asking the surrogate to carry her next baby,” a source said.

“She’s so happy with the whole process and thrilled with the surrogate,” the insider added about Kim and the surrogate. “Kanye was even bonding with the surrogate’s husband in the delivery room.”

“Kim definitely wants more kids. She is so happy being a family of five. She wants the family to get even bigger!” the source continued.

Kim and Kanye are also parents to North, 4, and Saint, 2.
