The 21-year-old actress was spotted while out to lunch on Tuesday afternoon (February 13) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The following day, Chloe took to her Instagram to write a sweet Valentine’s Day message to her boyfriend Brooklyn Beckham and her dog Ruby!
