Lindsey Vonn Wins Bronze in Possibly Final Olympic Race

Lindsey Vonn proudly displays the American flag after winning the bronze medal in the Ladies’ Downhill race during the 2018 Winter Olympics on Wednesday (February 21) in PyeongChang-Gun, South Korea.

The 33-year-old skier became the oldest female alpine Olympic medalist!

Italy’s Sofia Goggia came in first place and Norway’s Ragnhild Mowinckel took home the silver medal.

“I wish I could keep going. I wish this wasn’t my last Olympics, but it is,” Lindsey said (via ESPN), “so I’m trying to accept that and deal with the emotions of that and enjoy the ride.”
