Liam Payne Sings 'Waiting for the World to Change' at Royal Event (Video)

Liam Payne is all smiles while heading into the Commonwealth Service on Monday afternoon (March 12) at Westminster Abbey in London, England.

The 24-year-old singer performed in front of the royal family and did a cover of the John Mayer song “Waiting on the World to Change.”
