Meghan Markle Steps Out with Prince Harry for First Official Event with Queen Elizabeth II!
Meghan Markle appeared for the first time at an official event with Queen Elizabeth II!
The 36-year-old former Suits actress joined her fiancĂ© Prince Harry and other senior members of the royal family, including Meghan‘s future father-in-law Prince Charles and his wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, and Prince William and Kate Middleton for a church service celebrating Commonwealth Day at Westminster Abbey.
Queen Elizabeth II is the head of the Commonwealth, a group of 53 nations around the world that are largely former British territories. Around 2,000 people gathered at the service, including Prime Minister Theresa May, Birgitte – Duchess of Gloucester, and Sophie – Countess of Wessex.
Meghan was seen singing along to the national anthem, “God Save the Queen,” as the service began – Watch below!
