Matthew Morrison Is Outraged By Alleged Animal Abuse on Set of New Film

Matthew Morrison is speaking out after reports surfaced that a dog was being abused on the set of his new movie Crazy Alien.

The 39-year-old actor says he is “outraged” after a video released by PETA showed that a crate containing a dog was suspended over a pool of water and was spun around multiple times.

Before being put into the cage, the young German Shepard was also reportedly worked into a frenzy in order to get him to bark as loudly as possible.

“I’ve just been made aware and seen a video from the set of a film I worked on in China. My heart is broken to see any animal treated this way,” Matthew wrote on Twitter.

He added, “Had I been on set or known about this, I would have made all efforts to stop this. I’ve called the producers to express my outrage.”

This is why I don’t like animals in movies. Dogs and horses especially are always getting injured. CGI that stuff if you have to.

Getting a dog to bark is such an easy command. It’s one of those tricks that are even easier to teach than to sit or stay. If an animal is so stressed out that they can’t even do a simple command like barking then animals have NO business being in films. Imagine being so stressed and scared that you can’t even use your voice. Barking is natural for dogs. This is heart wrenching and disgusting to hear. Hollywood is too far up Chinas asshole to condem them on animal abuse, all they care about is that box office draw that Eastern Asia brings.
