Travis Scott Sued for Cancelling Concert Days After Welcoming Daughter with Kylie Jenner

Travis Scott has found himself in the midst of a legal battle.

The 25-year-old rapper is being sued for backing out of a concert he was contractually scheduled to perform at days after welcoming daughter Stormi with girlfriend Kylie Jenner.

In the lawsuit filed by entertainment company PJAM on March 20, Travis “refused to show up” for his performance at the Myth Live nightclub near Minneapolis, Minnesota on February 3, the day before the 2018 Super Bowl.

Travis and Kylie welcomed Stormi on February 1.

According the suit, Travis signed the contract back on January 24 an was paid $150,000 in advance – which he allegedly hasn’t paid back – along with his booking agent receiving $10,000 and a private jet being arranged for his travel. Travis was guaranteed $200,000 in total.

“As a result of this breach, [PJAM] suffered significant damages including the sums paid to XX Global [the legal agent and representative of Scott] and [Scott] and their booking agent, the sums paid to arrange Webster’s travel, the sum’s paid to advertise the event, lease the venue and hire staff, and the lost profits [PJAM] would have realized on this event,” the suit states.
