She was also joined by her The Alienist cast mates Luke Evans and Daniel Bruhl.

“I’ve always wanted to make sure that the characters I’m playing have an equal voice to their male counterparts and to play complicated women. I think that’s always been important to me, a no-brainer to me, I was raised to feel empowered,” Dakota said of her role in the show ahead of the event.

Also in attendance was Daniel Radcliffe, who was representing his TNT series Miracle Workers.

FYI: Dakota is wearing a Cinq à Sept dress.

This British book called “The Alienist” was originally set in the UK, obviously, not to set their British diarrhea minds a twitter, but was relocated into an impossible American setting which is why America has never heard of it. You’ll notice the story is British but the place names are occasionally familiar pseudoAmerican references. It even has its own marketing troll campaign on the propatainment media comment sites. Needless to remind, this thing didn’t work when the book was published and it sure doesn’t work today. I hope for its sake that the little British girls room isn’t occupied so the propatainment marketing trolls can finally get a load off their minds, such as they are.
