Katie Holmes Kicks Off Summer on The Perksicle Tour in NYC!

Katie Holmes is all smiles as she steps out for the #DeltaAmexPerks event on Thursday afternoon (June 21) outside of Rockefeller Center in New York City.

The 39-year-old actress looked sweet and summery in a white blouse and denim skirt as she passed out popsicles on while on the Delta Air Lines and American Express The Perksicle Tour as they celebrated the beginning of summer.
