Cardi B Becomes First Female Rapper With Two Billboard Hot 100 No. 1s
Cardi B continues to make history!
The 25-year-old rapper is officially the first female rapper to earn two top spots on the Billboard Hot 100, Billboard reports.
Her track “I Like It” with Bad Bunny and J Balvin follows her other Invasion of Privacy hit, 2017′s “Bodak Yellow,” to the No. 1 spot.
“I Like It” is both J Balvin and Bad Bunny’s first No. 1.
Other female rappers who have landed the top spot include Lauryn Hill (“Doo Wop (That Thing)”), Lil’ Kim (“Lady Marmalade” with Christina Aguilera, Mya, and Pink), Shawnna (on Ludacris‘ “Stand Up”) and Iggy Azalea (“Fancy” with Charli XCX).
