Megan Fox Visits the Ancient City of Troy for New Travel Series

Megan Fox checks out the sites with her crew while visiting the ancient city of Troy on Monday (July 2) in Canakkale, Turkey.

The 32-year-old actress visited the city for her upcoming documentary series Mysteries and Myths, a four-episode hourlong series that she is hosting for the Travel Channel.

Megan will explore some of the greatest mysteries of time, including if the Trojan War was real.

“I would describe myself as a seeker. A seeker is someone who is never content to have obtained enough knowledge. History only gives us a one-sided view of the truth. That’s something I know from personal experience,” Megan said in a statement about the show. “My own history has been rewritten by other people who had a vested interest in changing the narrative. I haven’t spent my entire life building a career in academia so I don’t have to worry about my reputation or being rebuked by my colleagues, which allows me to push back on the status quo. So much of our history needs to be re-examined.”
